These terms apply when you use goscale.media or buy services from GoScale Media LLC ("GoScale Media", "we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them.
1. Business customers only
Our services are provided only to businesses. By buying from us, you confirm you are acting for a business, trade, or profession and not as a consumer, and that you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of that business. Consumer rights that apply only to consumers, such as the EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal, do not apply.
2. Our services
GoScale Media is a digital marketing agency run by senior strategists. We offer:
- Free SEO audit: an automated review of a website you submit, delivered by email. It is provided as is, for information only.
- Growth audit: a strategist-reviewed audit and 90-day growth roadmap, bought online for a one-off fee.
- Managed retainers: ongoing work, including our managed AI growth team, full-service marketing retainers, and white-label services for agencies. Retainers are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.
3. Growth audit: payment, delivery, and refunds
- The price is shown at checkout (currently €500), plus any applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full upfront through Stripe.
- After payment, we will email you to request what we need to start, such as your website, goals, and account access. Delivery timelines start once we have that information.
- Refunds: you can request a full refund at any time before we start work on your audit by emailing [email protected]. Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable.
- Retainer credit: if you sign a managed retainer with us, the audit fee is credited toward your first month.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and any access we reasonably need, and you confirm you have the right to share it with us. You remain responsible for your own ad accounts, ad spend, websites, and compliance with the laws and platform policies that apply to your business. You must not use our site or services for anything unlawful, or try to disrupt, overload, or abuse them, including our free audit tool.
5. No guaranteed results
We work with care and skill, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including ad platforms, search engines, AI systems, competitors, and your own product and operations. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or other outcomes.
6. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you may use the audit, roadmap, and other deliverables we create for you for your own business. We keep ownership of our methods, tools, templates, software, and know-how, and of all content on this website.
7. Confidentiality
We will keep the non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The website and the free SEO audit are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you buy a service applies to that purchase.
